Rob has an eye for what makes a business succeed. With over 25 years as an Executive Director at Macquarie Group, he has led divisions in Financial Services through to success. He now lends his services as Chairman on a number of boards.
Justin Mace
Director
Justin is the second-generation owner and operator of R&M Aviation, growing the business to where it is today, providing aerial firefighting services across Australia and Internationally. With over 30+ years experience, Justin is a leading professional and technical expert in specialised aviation services.
Hamish Crookes
Director
Hamish Crookes has a 30 year career in the construction industry, managing many successful projects for Richard Crookes Construction and brings an eye for detail and structure to evaluating all investment opportunities.
